The Bahamas is a collection of over 700 islands, cays and islets sprinkled in the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean starting just 50 miles off the Florida coast and stretching some 750 miles south towards Cuba.

The archipelago is one of the jewels of the tropical part of the Atlantic Ocean and boasts the third largest barrier reef on the planet which is one of the reasons why scuba diving is so popular here. With palm fringed coral sand beaches on the west coasts and the rugged Atlantic coastline on the east, the Bahamas are one of the world's top holiday destinations offering everything from tranquility on sun drenched islands to Vegas style evening entertainment at the Atlantis Resort.
