Monkey Hill is a luxury private 8 bedroom villa sitting in the exclusive Sugar Hill estate in the stunning parish of St James on the west coast of Barbados. Sitting in nearly 2 acres of pristine landscaped gardens overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, this exclusive 8,000 square feet villa boasts an abundance of features including a large private swimming pool.
Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a large kitchen and lounge area which opens on to the terrace. If you are looking for extra comforts, a personnel, butler, chef and housekeeping services are available upon request.
The Sugar Hill Estate covers 50 acres and is set on a ridge with spectacular views of the Caribbean. Villas and apartments within the estate have access to four floodlit tennis courts as well as a fitness centre and pool. The clubhouse, restaurant and pool lie at the heart of the resort and can be enjoyed by all the gusts at Monkey Hill.

The estate is a short drive from historic Holetown where visitors can find local, traditional shops at the Chattel House Village as well as the new Limegrove Lifestyle Centre that is full of premium international designer brands including Ralph Lauren, Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Villebrequin. There are also banks, a post-office, supermarket, police station and a 24-hour medical centre in Holetown. St James boasts an array of exceptional restaurants, such as The Tides, Cin Cin by the Sea, Daphne’s and the award-winning and unforgettable The Cliff. There are an abundance of excellent restaurants and bars in St James and neighbouring parishes.
